Pre Wedding Shoot at Balls Wood in Maghull

Yesterday it rained and rained and rained some more! I half expected a text or call to say lets postpone to a drier day but no, not this pair of troopers!

I had never been to Balls Wood before and didn't know of it but now I have I will certainly use it in the future.

Calvin and Lynda arrived all suited and booted, well Calvin did, Lynda had a lovely dress and shoes and I was so concerned they would be ruined by the mud but Lynda got stuck in, walking across the grass and climbing over tree roots! And there was me in my wellies and raincoat. 😁

I had come prepared for rain and also prepared to get a rainy photo should the rain begin yet again but thankfully it stayed away for the duration and only began once I had arrived back home, surprisingly!

Actually the sun shone for us for a whole 15 minutes or so!
